Very close to the airport
KaTerrible, I had many first-time experiences
Three bottles of water provided
- Strong smell of smoke in the room
- Poor customer service - limited English. Requested another room due to smoke smell and was immediately told it was fully booked.
- Poor management - Received a WhatsApp message on check-in day stating, 'Due to a problem at the hotel, we are unable to accommodate you' and 'Will accommodate you at our other branch.' Even though the second option is closer to the airport, it was unsettling to receive such a message. The new option does not match the photos of the original room (less modern facilities and bathroom). Additionally, we were told 'you can choose your desired room type without any extra charges,' which was not true as they claimed the hotel was full and assigned a different room.
- Expensive and varying airport shuttle prices - provided via WhatsApp by receptionists. Received three different prices.
- Weak shower pressure
- Only one key card available. Lights will turn off if removed to lock the door at night, etc.
- Dirty fridge handles

In the middle of the night, somebody knocked on the door several times.
It means there is no video surveillance.
