Bad service, booked, arrived on the day of Max Korzh's concert, in the morning talked about checking in with the hotel staff, said you could check in at 14:00, called back in half an hour and fully canceled the reservation, citing fire safety issues. Ruined the mood, didn't help resolve the issue. You have to call the booking for a refund, find a hotel yourself.
Service is disgusting. I spoke with them in Turkish asking for help, but the staff member said they were in a difficult situation, and other guests understood their situation, but I have to find accommodation now and deal with the budget for that accommodation, as well as deal with Booking.com myself, no one wanted to understand.

The light in the bathroom flickered, a pane of the shower was missing, but that's bearable if you don't have too high demands
