Very close to the airport

Terrible, lots of first-timer experiences for me

Provided three bottles of water

- Strong smoking smell in the room

- Poor customer service - limited English, asked for another room due to the smoking smell and was told fully booked immediately.

- Poor management - received a WhatsApp message on the check-in day that "due to a problem at the hotel, we are unable to accommodate you" and "will accommodate you at our other branch". Despite the second accommodation being closer to the airport, it could be a nerve-wracking experience to receive such a message. The new accommodation option does not match the photos of the original accommodation (less modern facilities and bathroom). Was also told that "you can choose your desired room type without any extra charges" which was not the case as they will just say the hotel is full and give you what they want.

- Expensive and inconsistent airport shuttle price - via WhatsApp, receptionists. Got three different prices.

- Weak shower pressure

- Only one key card and the lights will turn off if you remove it to lock the door at night, etc.

- Dirty fridge handles

In the middle of the night, somebody knocked on the door several times.

It means there is no video surveillance.
