Bad service, made a reservation, arrived on the day of Max Korzh concert, in the morning spoke about check-in with hotel staff, was told that you can check in at 14:00, half an hour later they called and completely canceled the reservation, citing fire safety issues. Ruined my mood, didn't help resolve the issue. Call Booking for a refund yourselves, find a hotel yourselves.
Service is disgusting. I spoke to them in Turkish asking for help, and the staff member told me they were in a difficult situation, and other guests understood their situation, but for some reason I have to find accommodation now and budget for it, and deal with Booking on my own, nobody wanted to understand.

Perfect location in the pub district of Besiktas, yet very quiet in the room
The light in the bathroom was flickering, a shower pane was missing, but that's bearable if you don't have such high demands
