The location is excellent, everything is nearby, the metro is 2 minutes away and the tram is 100 meters away.
The staff is friendly and very polite, especially the receptionist, may God bless his kindness.

* Only one power outlet in the room
* Air conditioning was not reliably cooling (possibly defective)
* Poor cleanliness and bad facilities
* Breakfast with limited selection; empty dishes were not refilled
I have been in this area many times. Overall, this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at there.
