ShahiraAcceptable for an economy stay.
The view was excellent. The room was spacious.
The property was poorly maintained. Not cleaned thoroughly. No room service or housekeeping during the stay. Unhelpful staff, even when I had to carry bags alone. The WiFi wouldn't connect. The kettle was old, rusty, and not clean. Couldn't use the TV. The light was flickering in the bathroom. Heating wasn't very effective. Lacked ambient lighting. No food or water service available.

The view from the window was probably the only nice thing
The staff was terrible, didn't even speak English. We asked twice for toilet paper, not to mention a condom by the bed. I had to sleep on the couch because I couldn't put my hand behind the bed as there were no bed bugs... No cutlery or plates. The toilet seat was broken, also a broken cabinet in the kitchen. The shower was dirty. And at 9 in the morning on the second day, they knocked on our door telling us to leave, even though we paid for 2 nights... The light was terribly weak, the light switch was broken. Not to mention that the room smelled musty like some old person.
