The reception staff
The man we spoke to at the reception is rude
He ignored us at the beginning and left us waiting while he did nothing
We asked him for a cafeteria, terrace, or bar in the hotel, and he told us everything closes at 10 p.m.
But at check-out, the man showed his other face, very kind and wise, asking us to give the hotel a good rating on Booking
