I am extremely disappointed with the upgrade. I paid extra and requested at the reception to upgrade my room with a good view, but nothing was taken into consideration. I did not get a balcony as requested. When I asked for a mobile charger, I was informed that I would have to pay for it. Even the room service was unsatisfactory. With a 5-star hotel, the expectation is always high and the service should be top-notch. I have stayed at many hotels where I received better service and my requests were considered. In Hilton, it seems like things don't work as they should.
Regarding the room upgrade, nothing happened despite paying extra
