FadlA nice place to stay for large families but not recommended due to the AC operational problem.
We reserved a 4-bedroom suite and it was very spacious with 2.5 bathrooms.
They provide plenty of complimentary drinking water and espresso capsules.
The parking was easily accessible and of sufficient size.
The primary and biggest issue for us was the air conditioning!
We have never encountered a hotel with such a poor system!
There are remote controls in the rooms, but they are useless as the air conditioning system is controlled centrally from the hotel's technical room!
If you switch it off, it will automatically restart after a few minutes! It can only be turned on using the remote control and it gets very cold. There is no way to adjust the set temperature.
Every time we wanted to switch off the air conditioning, we had to call reception as it couldn't be done from the room.
Some reception staff would respond rudely if asked why the air conditioning hadn't been turned off, as if it was our fault.
We really don't understand how they can maintain such a system!
Otherwise, there is little to complain about: The gym is slightly small and dated. The location is not suitable for those who enjoy walking. I would suggest having a car if staying there.
But the air conditioning issue spoiled the entire experience.

Beautiful, calm, and very suitable for families. Cleaning service is excellent.
The location is a bit far but still suitable for families and comfortable.
