There was a friendly older gentleman working at breakfast, a nice guy.
They make people leave the swimming pool at 6pm - this is not okay. The receptionist should be friendlier. The humidity in the bedroom and bathroom is very high, leading to mold growth and difficulty breathing at night. The WiFi was also not good

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help, both at the reception and during breakfast. The rooms were clean and cozy, cleaning was done regularly. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with a great selection of dishes.
It is worth noting separately the beautiful and clean pool - it was pleasant to relax there. The hotel and its surroundings had very clean air, lots of greenery, beautiful flowers and blooming trees, the branches of which fell like a waterfall, creating a special atmosphere of coziness and tranquility. The hotel itself is very cozy, with beautiful decor and stunning views. Convenient location - just a few minutes walk from the city center, where there are plenty of restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Everything was very comfortable, will definitely come back again.

Good location just outside the busy area but only a short walk to cafes and other amenities. Buffet breakfast included in cost was good.
Rooms are small, particularly the bathroom. The only decent balconies are from rooms overlooking the pool, and there are no views. Can't get Wi-Fi from the pool or meals area. The pool area gets very crowded during the day (although that could have been unlucky timing).
