The place is beautiful and the view is even more beautiful, the hosts are wonderful and deserve the experience, close to all services and metro station.

Excellent

The breathtaking view of the Bosphorus

Excellent value for money and incredible view

The Cheya residence is very well located, less than 10 minutes from Taksim Square and the transport interchange of Kabatas (ferry, tram) but at the same time quiet. We were on the 4th and top floor with a large terrace and a sumptuous view towards the Bosphorus. The apartment is very functional and the value for money (around 150 euros per night for 5 people) exceptional. Esma, the caretaker, is very helpful, smiling, and welcoming (we communicated well with the phone translator).

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but you just need to know that you need to be fit to climb the hills of Istanbul! The good trick is to take the tram from Kabatas and then return by metro from Taksim, so you avoid climbing. Be careful of a very low ceiling in the main bedroom, I hit my head twice even though it is well indicated.

There is a tired staircase when you exit (to the left) then take the road

You can use the second road easier (to the right)

Considered old-fashioned type but clean

First floor: very small bedroom suitable for two children and essential bedroom

Large living room with kitchen

Very large balcony with seating, table, and enchanting view of the Bosphorus.

Cons:

Considered old but meets the needs

The staircase is initially tiring for the elderly and children, and it is possible to take the easier road when exiting (to the right)

The ensuite is very very small, only sufficient for two people maximum.
