The location is ideal for us.
1. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time we asked for something, the answer was NO.
2. Access to the hotel by car was a problem - the car had to be collected from a distant location.
3. When we had a problem with a taxi, the staff ran away and avoided helping us.

The hairdryer was not working properly and they told us it was normal, or they didn't replace it. Sometimes the towels were stained
