The owner promptly refunded my money.
I am not sure if the fault lies with this hotel or Booking.com. If it is the latter, I apologise for the negative review. I want to mention that I received a quick refund from 'the hotel' for a night I did not stay, as the hotel is/was still closed. However, giving it one star is due to the hour and a half I spent searching for the location, which was in darkness, not on Google Maps, and only answered the phone at the end. The whole experience was a frustrating way to arrive after a long international flight. BUT IF THIS EARLY LISTING WAS COMPLETELY BOOKING.COM'S MISTAKE, THEY SHOULD DELETE THIS REVIEW. It would be unjust to give the hotel a one-star rating before they even start their operations.
