We really liked this hotel. We stayed here for three days, or more precisely - two and a half days. We arrived at night, and from the first minutes felt a very warm, friendly atmosphere.
We were met by the night shift employee Abdullah - a young, pleasant, and very courteous guy. I also want to mention the manager Salih, Ahmed, and the whole hotel team. The staff here is truly very friendly, attentive, and hospitable.
We were always offered tea and coffee, helped with suitcases and brought them straight to the room. When we asked to order a taxi, everything was quickly arranged for us, we were escorted to the car and helped with the luggage. Especially nice was the attention of Ahmed - he very caringly escorted us.
The room was very clean and cozy. I especially want to mention the girl Chumen - very pleasant and attentive colleague. We asked to change the bedding, and everything was done immediately. The bedding was snow-white, fresh, and clean. The room was cleaned every day, which we really liked. The main thing is - just ask, and the staff tries to fulfill everything.
The hotel is small, only two floors, but inside it is very cozy, clean, and pleasant. Here you can really relax and unwind. The atmosphere is light, kind, and warm, as if you are in a place where you are taken care of.
