The location and balcony were the only good things about the apartment; it was nothing like what I booked on Booking.com.
My stay was a terrible experience, and I would never book this accommodation again. The apartment was in the incorrect location and uncomfortably warm, requiring me to keep the windows open all the time to lower the room temperature. The staff told us there was no air conditioning available, as the building only had central heating in operation. Additionally, the lights kept turning off, and despite my requests for assistance, no staff members came to resolve the issue.
