Modern, clean hotel with very good value for money - only the unprofessional handling of the invoice

The hotel is modern and still looks relatively new. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The equipment is really very good for this price range. I would like to mention the lady at the reception particularly positively, who kindly gave me a better room than originally booked. That was a very nice gesture. The location is very central and ideal for business trips. Although the hotel is located directly on a main street and is a bit noisy, overall it offers very good value for money. For a short business trip, I can definitely recommend the hotel.
The handling of the invoice was disappointing. In the evening, I received a call from an employee who introduced himself as an accountant and claimed that the hotel could not issue an invoice because the booking and payment were made through Booking.com. However, this statement was not correct. Instead of first investigating the matter internally, it was discussed with me. Only after the hotel received the relevant information from Booking.com, Mr. Erhan at the reception apologized and the invoice was then issued without any problems. My suggestion to the hotel: If there is any uncertainty, the staff should clarify it internally first before discussing it with the guest. This leaves a much more professional impression.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On my first day in the room, they reached out to me via WhatsApp to check if I was comfortable. They generously upgraded me to a larger room, which I greatly appreciated. My stay was very pleasant, and the room was spotlessly clean.
The manager was also exceptionally courteous, kind, and efficient. He showed genuine concern for his guests and consistently ensured they were well taken care of. I was truly grateful for the outstanding hospitality and service delivered by the entire team.
