Staff was very accommodating with our needs and were all very kind and helpful!

Breakfast was great, the staff even provided milk for my infant. Staff was very accommodating with our needs, and also booked the taxi and helped us to get back to the airport. Very friendly staff, everyone single one of them were kind and helpful.

The shower needs a deep clean/change of shower head, otherwise floors and sheets were clean.

Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Right in the center of Teksim.

Poor stairs leading to the property. Inconvenient for older and disabled people. Mold and unpleasant smell of moisture and sewage under the shower. Loose panels. Creaky floor. Beds too. The lighting in the living room worked... and then didn't. Unpleasant smell from the air conditioning. Breakfast 5/10, lacking fresh coffee, not very diverse. Outside the window, either a wall or an overgrown backyard with a smell of cat urine and garbage. I expected something else from the photos. Unfortunately.
