Everything was beautiful and relaxing, my stay was not the first time and will be, God willing, every time I visit Istanbul. Beautiful, elegant, spacious apartments in the heart of the Sisli district, where life, spacious area, modern furniture. I thank Mr. Hani, Mr. Anas, and the rest of the staff for their cooperation, they were indeed good brothers to me ❤️
There was nothing that I didn't like
MahaThank you to all the apartment staff for their excellent service and respect. They were very kind, cooperative, responsive to any request quickly and with a smile. Their service is sophisticated and their attitude reflects professionalism and concern for guest comfort. Many thanks and appreciation to them, and I wish them continued success.
Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory at all, and I do not believe that the apartment deserves the paid price. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the service provided was weak. The furniture was old and worn out, and the building and corridors were not clean and in need of maintenance.
Furthermore, the bedding was worn out, and the cleanliness level in general was poor. As for the location, it was not suitable due to the abundance of surrounding restaurants, as the smell of food was pervasive and annoying. Considering the price, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend booking this apartment.
كما أن المفارش مستهلكة، ومستوى النظافة بشكل عام سيئ. أما الموقع فلم يكن مناسبًا بسبب كثرة المطاعم المحيطة، حيث كانت رائحة الطعام منتشرة بشكل مزعج. مقارنة بالسعر، كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولا أنصح بالحجز في هذه الشقة
