Great stay guaranteed

Superb location 5 minutes from the tram, 10 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, clean and functional apartment. Very friendly staff.

A mixed experience!!!

We had a pleasant stay overall and would like to start by saying that we really liked the room and its location. It was well situated, spacious, and had great potential for a comfortable holiday.

We also appreciated the kindness shown by the staff, especially the thoughtful gesture of providing treats after we reported the issues.

Unfortunately, the gesture did not resolve the issues we experienced throughout our stay.

From the second day onwards, we had ongoing problems with the shower. The water temperature constantly changed between very hot and very cold, making it impossible to enjoy a normal shower. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly during our stay and communicating daily with our local contact, the problem remained unresolved until the day we left. At one point, we even had to heat water in pots just to wash ourselves properly.

Towards the end of our stay, we also discovered small larvae in the bathroom, including on the floor and on our towels, which was understandably very unpleasant.

Although the room was equipped with air conditioning, it struggled to cool the room sufficiently, making it very warm inside.

One thing we would like to clarify is that we only learned on the last day of our stay that the room owner had not actually been informed about the issues we had been experiencing. Throughout our stay, we were in daily contact with the local representative and believed there was continuous communication between him and the owner. The owner seemed genuinely surprised that he had not been made aware of the situation earlier. He assured us that he would immediately look into both the communication breakdown and the unexpected issues with the room so that future guests would not face the same problems.

Compensation for the inconvenience was also mentioned during our discussions. However, despite this being raised, no compensation was ultimately provided.

It is important to say that we are not people who normally complain about minor inconveniences, and we genuinely tried to make the best of our holiday. We still found time to enjoy our trip despite these challenges. However, dealing with the daily issues and the repeated communication about them inevitably affected our overall experience.

Perfect accommodation just a short walk from the main square and Blue Mosque, everything within walking distance. The host is perfect - communication, top-notch information. Sufficient drinking water. View of the sea and seagulls. Watch out! near the mosque - so occasional disturbance, but I love it! I would gladly return. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
