NataliiaGood hotel, excellent beds and mattresses. Very hospitable staff. Clean and the food in the room service was very tasty.
The hotel is good, mostly similar to most hotels in this chain. Beautiful interior, clean. Very friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast service is excellent, very hospitable. Not crowded - good food, variety.
Not very lucky with the first room, the air conditioner worked poorly and the temperature did not drop, had to explain 2 times that this does not suit us. Then they changed our room and everything was excellent.
