Excellent

Very good location, lots of nice restaurants nearby, and easy to move around to public attractions. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and attentive! We really liked our room, it was stylish, clean, well-maintained, and tip top!

We had a great time and the location was superb!

Design compromised by lack of comfort, functionality and noise!!

Visual design is good, lovely staff especially the gentleman at breakfast and the lady at reception.

The room I was assigned, supposed to be the best in the hotel, was incredibly noisy.

Despite the visually stunning room, it is impractical. There is nowhere to properly store belongings, the security safe is not fixed to the wall and is positioned on a low shelf making access difficult. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party area of Istanbul where noise continues until about 4am.

If this hotel focused on comfort as much as it does on design, it would be excellent.

Simply soundproof the rooms.

Oh, did I mention the bed is too soft.

When I was eventually moved to a quiet twin room at the back of the hotel, the bed was suitable for a small, slender person or a child, not for an average-sized adult.
