Horrible experience

The breakfast

I was informed one day before that my room was not located in the hotel facilities but in another building. A building about 200 meters away with many stairs and no elevator, old and with a bad smell. To have breakfast you had to go up a slope.

Outrageous that when you make a reservation you are not going to stay at the hotel.

Pool and terrace overlooking the Golden Horn in an intimate and soothing setting!

Hotel ideally located in Eminonu, with a pool and an amazing terrace! Helpful and pleasant staff. Very central popular neighborhood with numerous services and restaurants. Ideal for visiting Istanbul with family!

The entrance to our apartment located below the hotel in a secondary building was not well isolated from noise and we were sometimes disturbed by other residents, otherwise the nights were quiet.

One must climb a rather steep side for 100m to reach the breakfast area or the pool in the main building. Once up there, an incredible view from the terrace, as well as the tranquility and coolness of the pool, make the effort entirely acceptable and even motivating, making you forget about the steep climb!

Beautiful view

The location was fantastic, despite the steep hill you have to climb to reach the hotel. The view was stunning. The breakfast was enjoyable and the pool added a nice touch with a beautiful view, although it was a bit chilly. The room had all the amenities we needed. We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions.

The rooms were quite worn out. I understand that it is an old building, but the rooms felt rather dilapidated.

Lovely hotel with a great view of the city.

The staff was so friendly and nice. They offered us free drinks during our stay and they were super helpful. The pool was nice and breakfast was good. I really liked the view over the city and the location was great.

The room was a bit stuffy and although we stayed in an apartment, there were no kitchen supplies such as cups, spoons, forks etc. The apartment door was difficult to open.
