What impressed me most was the hotel owner's excellent service, respect, and concern for guest comfort. He was a very refined and helpful person. The service was outstanding, the location was fantastic and convenient, and I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my stay, especially by Sarhad, Benjamin, and the breakfast staff. Most importantly, everything is close to everything for tourists on both the European and Asian sides. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
Honestly, I didn't find anything negative to mention; the stay was comfortable and the service was excellent. I just hope they continue with the same level of attention and care for guest comfort.
