The location and staff are excellent and helpful.
The room was small with one double bed, but we were accommodated in a larger room for two people with one double bed and one single bed thanks to the reception's cooperation.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul. The establishment is clean, comfortable, and very well located. Nearby, you will find many shops, restaurants, a shopping center, as well as metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.
The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. A big thank you especially to Israfil, who was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His welcome and availability truly made the difference.
I will happily come back and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
