إقامتي في فندق ومركز هيلتون اسطنبول بومونتي كانت استثنائية حقًا. منذ لحظة وصولي حتى يوم تسجيل الخروج، كان كل شيء مثاليًا. كانت الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة للغاية، وكانت مرافق الفندق ممتازة.
أود أن أشكر بشكل خاص سارين وإيجي من فريق علاقات الضيوف على حسن الضيافة واللطف والاحترافية الرائعة. جعلوني أشعر بالترحيب الحقيقي وضمنوا أن إقامتي كانت لا تُنسى.
كان الخدمة في جميع أنحاء الفندق ممتازة، وكان الموظفون دائمًا ودودين ومتعاونين، وكانت التجربة العامة تفوق توقعاتي. أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق لأي شخص يزور اسطنبول، وبالتأكيد سأختاره مرة أخرى في زيارتي القادمة.

Mr. Atakan Gök is truly an excellent manager and a great problem solver. His dedication to guest satisfaction and his willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
