Very close to the Blue Mosque. Many cafes around. The administrator speaks Russian, very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast in the morning! About 7-10 minutes to the tram stop.
Something in the room needs repair, but not critical. And in the photo, the room seems more spacious than in reality.

Honestly, the staff is too kind. The receptionists are very kind day and night 👌
