The strategic location!
The wing of the structure where I stayed for six days: bad smell in the rooms. Poor Wi-Fi. Lack of hot water for three mornings! Central air conditioning not adjustable in the room. Very poor daily room cleaning.

Everything, the attention, the facilities, the proximity to relevant historical and cultural sites (300 meters from Hagia Sophia and 200 from Topkapi Palace, 500 from the Blue Mosque.
Nothing, everything is great.
