FarzadNo AC. Could not sleep due to heat. Beautiful building and helpful staff.
The building was the highlight. Most staff were friendly and helpful.
We requested a refund for the rest of the stay and the staff was able to make it happen even though the booking was non refundable.
We moved to another hotel.
No AC. My room did not get cooler than 27C or 80.6F. They changed my room but because the AC was centralized there was no difference between the two rooms.
Staining on sheets. Sheets were clean but stained.
The neighborhood was not suitable for tourism.
