Practically everything. And the location and amenities and breakfasts.
The room was not clean. And the air conditioner is located above the bed and is noisy.

In general, it's okay.
Air conditioner is not working, just a fan blowing.

Surely consider staying here again despite small issues with housekeeping
It's a boutique hotel in a neighbourhood full of artistic shops and coffee places, just a stone's throw away from Istiqlal street!
We had 2 rooms, one deluxe suite and one deluxe double. To be honest, the double room had a nicer, larger kitchen area and bathroom! But the suite had a bigger living-room space with a round table in the middle to sit and enjoy a meal together.
The kitchenette has everything you need, and the staff were helpful enough to provide you with anything that might be missing.
The location is very good on the European side, a touristy spot in Istanbul, a 15-minute walk to either Taksim or Sishane metro station, as well as Galata Port and Tophane luas.
Breakfast was very nice but could become boring if you are there for more than a few days!
They have a gym too! I thought it was a joke, but bring your gym gear and enjoy the almost always empty small gym!
The staff were all very helpful, friendly, and nice. In particular, we interacted more with Sahel, who was such a charming and lovely character, with loads of suggestions on where to go, what to do, and eat, etc. They were all ready to help with any issues you might have, which was a great comfort!
The budget supermarket Skor is also a 5-minute walk down the hill.
The housekeeping was very inconsistent. We found a loaded bin bag left beside the shower once! But when we contacted the reception, they promptly sent cleaning staff to do the rooms immediately, or we had to get clean towels/shampoo from the reception ourselves (when they missed the cleaning-request card).
The area around is very steep and hilly! :) with a 70° angle! And it's the same in parallel alleys, so prepare for some good walks and hill climbing. The downhill will take you to the sea, Galata Port, and Luas. The uphill will take you to Istiqlal street. Make sure to spend time exploring the horizontal hills with their lovely tiny artsy shops!
