I wish they would fix the air conditioner

The location is beautiful and the staff are cooperative

The air conditioning was bad

The room was supposed to be better but the air conditioning was bad, it ruined my entire stay.

The location is beautiful, close, and the staff are cooperative.

I booked 4 rooms, 3 of them had bad air conditioning. I complained to them to solve the problem and they said they would but they did not resolve it.
