Great location in the center of Sikeci. Friendly and helpful staff. Room overall clean.
Everything else...
Very noisy room and as often happens in Turkey completely illuminated in the morning when the sun rises. There are useless curtains, by 6 am all the daylight comes in.
The structure is really old, no shower mat in the bathroom. One day we had to take a cold shower due to a boiler problem, as reported by the staff and later fixed.
The typical Turkish breakfast includes only salty items and the few sweet ones are avoidable. Even though it was included in the price, for two mornings we chose to have breakfast in a nearby bar.
The air conditioner blows directly onto the double bed made of two close single beds, with no alternative between arctic cold and African heat.
Beds are not made and the same sheet placed on top is not actually a sheet but more like a sack or a duvet cover without the duvet inside...
After the room was cleaned, there was a smell of smoke, presumably coming in from the window left open during cleaning.
