We liked the location. Very close to shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and quiet. We had a great stay and we highly recommend it.

Very good location, close to points of interest and metro. I got a room with a terrace and it was okay.
The breakfast staff doesn't speak English very well and it's hard to understand each other. Some things in the room are not working.

The hotel is luxurious but not fresh. The price is average, the area is excellent especially for those who want to see Istanbul and leave for the airport, bus stop at the New airport in two stops, exit to the 3rd. Or 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast is very good, everything is available. A good choice.
The restaurant for dinner is very expensive
