NoorI did not stay there, I left immediately and received the full amount without any refund.
The hotel is very bad, old, and lacks cleanliness. We were deceived by the photos.
The bedding was not suitable and had a bad smell. We booked through Booking.com and the full amount was deducted in advance from our financial card, even though we chose to pay upon check-in. It lacks credibility and trust, unfortunately.
Seeing the place is the first thing upon arrival to choose whether to stay at the hotel or not.
