Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay was a very unpleasant experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. The air conditioning did not work during our first night, making the room even more uncomfortable. The balcony was also in very poor and dirty condition and definitely did not meet our expectations.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the room and the quality of our stay. We expected much better conditions from a hotel of this standard.

The bathroom was not okay, the shower cabin did not close completely and water was leaking outside. Overall, it needs a little renovation.

The location is close to the tram station and Grand Bazaar
It said it has parking, but they actually keep it only for themselves. They let us park in front of the hotel, then moved our car without informing us to a private parking lot. When we went to ask for the key at the reception, they couldn't find it because they had left it at the private parking lot and the parking staff wanted to charge us for it.
Breakfast is terrible, you can't eat it for more than 2 days. If you plan to stay for a week, you will end up eating at McDonald's in the morning.
The rooms are clean and okay, but the bathroom is full of mold around the bathtub.
