Excellent location and exceptional attention

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it allows you to walk to the main tourist spots of Istanbul.

We want to specially thank Enes, who welcomed us since our arrival and was incredibly kind throughout our stay. He was always willing to answer our questions, help us coordinate transfers, and make sure everything went well.

We also want to highlight the excellent attention of all the reception staff, and of the hotel in general; who constantly offered tea, coffee, or water to the guests, making the experience even warmer and more welcoming. Those kinds of details really make a difference.

Breakfast was another strong point of our stay: very complete, varied, and with a great selection of options for all tastes, ideal to start the day energetically.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would stay here again.
