1. Convenient location: near ferry route, tram lines T1 and T5, underground and Marmaray station.
2. Lift available for higher floors.
The most unpleasant aspect is the tobacco smell! There is a restaurant with an outdoor terrace on the ground floor, so the smoke infiltrates directly into the room.

Location
NO PARKING place is offered, you have to pay for parking nearby. No elevator for all the floors, you have to carry baggage by stairs. Severe hygiene issues in the bathroom, the walls are full of mold, you can smell mold all over the room even in your sleep. Rooms are left uncleaned during longer stays. Not recommended for families as it resembles a brothel house.
