Excellent stay in Istanbul.

I love the location.

I love the staff.

Rooms were spacious and well-equipped.

It is very clean.

Breakfast was wonderful.

We were initially given rooms that were noisy due to nearby construction. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to quiet rooms without any problems.

Truly spacious room with a very comfortable bed, delicious room service food, also friendly staff

The room was truly spacious with a very comfortable bed. It fully lived up to my expectations and looked just like the photos shown when booking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room service menu offered delicious dishes and the food was delivered to the room so fast. The beautiful interior of the hotel lobby also made a very positive impression. There was a minibar in the room but it was completely empty. I would recommend stocking it as well as providing a few additional bottles of water.

Unfortunately there were a few things that affected my overall experience. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that appeared and disappeared suddenly at different times of the day or night. The staff explained that this was due to the characteristics of the historic building but I would strongly recommend addressing this issue at any cost as it was probably the only major problem that negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.

The bathroom amenities were also incomplete or somewhat worn out. It felt as though some of these items had simply been inherited from the previous owners of the hotel and had not been fully refreshed.

Nice hotel in a lively neighborhood

An elegant hotel, very well located in the heart of the lively neighborhood, with restaurants and bars within walking distance in a few minutes. The room is spacious and luxurious: very comfortable bed, bathroom of great comfort, and a large window letting in a lot of light. The air conditioning, particularly appreciated in such heat, really makes a difference. Quality breakfast with a satisfying selection.

The pool is tiny in the basement at the spa level. Impossible to swim or enjoy the place. The steam room was not working. What a pity! Do not come here for the pool.
