MerveA setting like in a fairytale
The simple ambiance, the staff's attention, the tranquility of the Sarıyer area, and there is an espressolab right next door. I find the peace I am looking for here. It's already the 3rd or 4th time I stayed at this hotel, and when I come to Istanbul again soon, I will stay here again. I think I deserve an upgrade:)

The location was perfect, there were not many options for breakfast but the products were delicious. Having a parking lot at that location and it being free is a nice service. The staff was helpful and polite.
There was nothing we did not like during our short stay.

The room's entry door needs attention.
Rooms facing a function centre have music blaring into the early hours. Couldn't connect to WiFi and no IT support available. No water for showers or bathrooms. Open food items at breakfast were exposed to a fly colony. No apologies were given for any of the issues. A definite no for future stays.
