I think this is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. You really can't find better value for money.
The location is excellent, close to everything: public transportation, historical monuments, shopping areas, currency exchange offices, and restaurants.
The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff are kind and helpful.

Location.
Dirty room. Not cleaned properly. The staff is unfriendly and not nice. Poor breakfast. The balcony is dirty and was never cleaned while we were there, so we couldn't use it. The swimming pool was saltwater. Children were shushed for swimming too loudly. This made it difficult for the kids to be quiet while swimming.
Breakfast was gross. They only had 3 types of drinks and they tasted awful. It wasn't fresh. Only 2 types of bread. No pastries. Not a lot of choices for toppings. Ended up eating out for most of our stay. Breakfast is from 7-10 and if you come at 9, you might not get bread and it's already finished.
There was mold in the shower. After the cleaning ladies cleaned the room, it still didn't look clean.
