Excelentes instalaciones, excelente ubicación. Y destaca el nivel del servicio, gente realmente amable, profesional y preocupada. Tuve algunos problemas en la llegada y salida (no relacionados con el hotel) y me ayudaron en todo momento.
La vista del restorán en la azotea, espectacular, una panorámica bella de Estambul y a metros de la torre de Galata.
