ImanDuring my one-week stay at this hotel, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly.
I stayed at this hotel for a week. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained upon check-in. The reception staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful during our stay.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The housekeeping service was very poor, and the breakfast lacked variety, serving the same food daily. Despite breakfast hours extending until 10:00 a.m., I was denied cake at 9:30 a.m. with the explanation that breakfast was over. Additionally, one of the restaurant staff members was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, despite the booking indicating free parking, I was charged extra for parking.
