Excellent hotel location. 10-15 minutes to the main attractions. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. The rooms are new, perfectly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the price.

Convenient location, close to tram stop, easy access to attractions. The staff is very attentive, friendly, always helpful and provided recommendations for establishments and transportation. The breakfast is good, with a large selection of everything. There is a sauna and hammam. Liked that there is a cafe right on the first floor. The rooms are clean, constantly cleaned, checked if anything extra is needed.
Didn't like just the communication with booking.com itself.
