PonceIstanbul, a magical city full of culture.
The location is good, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, away from the city center, which can be reached by public transportation but it's not that easy. To return from a boat trip, you need to change metro lines 3 times; traffic and pedestrian respect are difficult in the city. As a Latin person, it's not that surprising.
When we arrived from the airport to the hotel, the room they assigned us on the 15th floor had a clogged sink and a significant water leak from the pipe, which flooded the bathroom that surprisingly didn't have a drainage grate. When reporting it to the front desk, the treatment was not very friendly. Despite the bad experience, I must highlight that the maintenance staff was excellent in their treatment, efficiency, and quick repair.
