Convenient location in the old town. Close to the tram stop. Free upgrade to a room with a bathtub. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with empty plates quickly replaced even during meal times.
I bought a rechargeable battery pack at the front desk and was told that they are sold at the convenience store downstairs. I bought it for a few hundred yen, but the number of items increased, so I ended up buying another hotel room key.

AlyaaI strongly recommend this hotel as it has great facilities and access to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque
Everything was more than expected, staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, staff all the time are looking after the guests. I was really so happy, impressed, enjoyed and I feel at home. Also the location in the middle of downtown and so close to the Grand Bazaar which is what I like so much
