Good location, but room is average, not the best.

Location of the hotel is excellent. All major historical attractions are very close, just 1 minute or 4 minutes on foot. Hafis Mustafa, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. and the tram station are right outside the hotel. There are numerous restaurants, confectionery shops, and antique shops nearby.

The room was adequate for a one or two-night stay. Not very clean, the sheets were slightly dirty. The fridge never turned on. However, everything else was satisfactory. They provided all toiletries, towels, slippers, etc. It was sufficient for a short stay considering the price.

Booked because of the location, I would not book again.

There are several steps leading to the reception, the decor is very old, the cleanliness is mediocre. Stains on carpets.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking, causing the floor to remain wet constantly. The room was quite humid.

Disappointing

The reception ensured a swift resolution to the broken socket issue I faced upon arrival.

Upon reaching the hotel, I was eager to take a shower following a long journey, as is my routine. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order. I sought assistance at the reception and outside, but to no avail, as there are no phones in the rooms. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached an individual, who, though tall, I did not know, and he reassured me that the situation was under control, blaming me for the damage. Furthermore, in another room, the refrigerator was also not working. Despite our 4-day stay, the issues were not resolved. When my brother approached the same person, an argument ensued, as he claimed the refrigerator was solely for medications, while my brother argued that your sister had damaged the tap, etc. This was the sole issue we encountered.
