The hotel has 5 stars displayed on the facade, but it is not even worthy of 2 stars. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We even had to carry our own suitcases.
The overweight man who appeared polite in finding us a taxi ended up stealing our money. I requested to speak with the manager and the director, but I never got the chance. I was informed that the owner employs only relatives, making it pointless to complain.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Deceptive, dishonest, rude people, and unfortunately, as is sometimes the case in Turkey, they were thieves.
