Very satisfied with the hotel, delicious breakfasts, practically everything you need for full dining. Upon request, the staff prepared a meal for the child that was not on the menu, we thank the staff. The location is very comfortable, the tram stop is right next to the hotel and it's very convenient.

The hotel has an excellent location, with major attractions like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque nearby and easily accessible. The staff were also good and helpful during our stay.
The hotel itself was just okay - it certainly wasn't the best place we've stayed. The breakfast spread was also just average. While the location is perfect for sightseeing, everything in the immediate area around the hotel is heavily overpriced. Additionally, getting a taxi is a bit of a hassle; you have to walk quite far away from the hotel area to actually find and catch one. The staff were helpful.
