I recently stayed here and had a very good experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I requested to change from a double bed to twin beds for my brother and me, they upgraded us to a superior room without any problems, which I really appreciated.

Everything is perfect, in the city center near the main monuments, everything can be done on foot. The room was quiet, no noise could be heard, the bedding comfortable. The breakfast is generous with a beautiful view from the terrace over the Bosphorus, the friendliness of the staff. I will come back to this hotel.
The housekeeper who threw away papers including a prescription for medication (Possibly not properly stored...)
