I used this hotel for a one-night stay before flying out of Istanbul. I had a very early flight so was looking for something.

This hotel was located in the heart of Istanbul and very close to the railway station.

Unfortunately, the towels and bed were not clean. The towels had hair all over them and the bed sheets had stains.

I did not feel comfortable sleeping or showering during my stay.

Fair

The location is the only good thing about the hotel, the rooms are very small, of course, considering the price we did not expect anything special

For a short trip to Istanbul it's okay

We had an amazing family stay at Grand Esen Hotel, with a great location and breakfast! The staff was also very friendly.
