Only the location is good, but still not close to any public transport.

The receptionist girl was also good, very kind and helpful.

As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed the dirty room, already used toilet paper, a tiny balcony in extremely dirty conditions, a smelly mini fridge with an aluminum food tray still inside. Cleaning and tidying up is done every 3 days, as stated by them near the doors; breakfast always the same with few options and definitely leftovers from previous days. We had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. The air conditioner was poorly positioned, and very old anyway; poor soundproofing; after the only tidying up received in 6 nights and 7 days, the bathroom was not even cleaned, just a quick sweep. Oh, I forgot, very very small room.

The city is beautiful, but what is in the city is not that beautiful

I got in touch with someone from booking support, I explained that I will arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, meaning at 5 o'clock, the support from the app confirmed that they contacted the hotel and that an early check-in could be possible, or I could leave the luggage at the reception, but that didn't happen, I arrived there at 5 in the morning, the person at the reception was actually sleeping on a sofa, I knocked on the door for him to open, he came out annoyed, I explained the situation and he replied that there were no rooms available, we understood, he didn't let us leave the luggage, we stood in front of the hotel for 2 hours until 7 o'clock when a sanitation worker passed by on the street and asked what we were doing there, he knocked on the door of the receptionist and asked how is it possible to let us stay like that in front of the hotel, only then he let us put our luggage inside.

They are not updated with the bookings made on booking, you arrive there and you don't know if you still have a booking or not, even though you have paid.

Very Good

Excellent location - a 5-minute walk to the Sultanahmet and Ayasofya. Very helpful staff, always ready to help. Special thanks for assistance with the parcel - the employees even paid for its shipment. Recommended!

One drawback was that the room was a bit dark because there was not enough natural lighting. Otherwise, everything was great.
